No yoga on July 30

 NEW Saturday class

Classes are held: Wednesdays  6-7 PM

Saturday 7:45-8:45 am

If Republic or Springfield schools are closed there will be no Yoga class.


If weather is questionable please contact the studio to find out if we will hold classes. Due to inclement weather we will close classes.

Please come about 10-15 minutes early if it is your first visit.

You might be surprised to learn that your body can actually do things you did not think  possible. The wide range of Yoga Poses can help an individual attain a high level of self-awareness, balance, and strength. These movements will help you have a stronger, more flexible, and balanced body. Students of all fitness can ease into postures at a comfortable pace. This class will also focus on proper breathing to help cultivate mind- body awareness.

 

You should: know your body limits, not push to hard, if you have medical conditions consult your doctor before coming and if upon approval of the doctor inform the Yoga instructor of any concerns, bring a Yoga Mat or Towel, wear comfortable clothing, bring a small blanket (if you would like to cover up at the end of class) and make sure and eat atleast an hour before class. Blocks and straps are optional. Classes are geared toward beginners so you may come any Wednesday, advanced poses are shown for those who are further along in their Yoga.

One hour class.
